This apartment is located in a beautiful building on a rotunda, which overlooks a private courtyard with trees. It provides ambience and privacy. The Passy area is both a posh residential and a shopping area. In the neighbourhood there are many fashion boutiques and fashionable restaurants and cafés. Just down the building is the well-known Musée du vin where one can have free wine-tasting.

The apartment has a solid character of its own. The interior decor is elegant, modern and zen. The spacious living room has polished Oak parquet floors. Huge ceiling-to-floor French windows flood all the rooms with lot of sunlight. There are two large sofas and a coffee table facing the peaceful courtyard. One of these sofas easily converts into a comfortable double bed. A large teak dining table can accommodate a family of 6 persons. All modern amenities are present including colour TV & Broadband Internet connection.

The kitchen is modern and everything is brand new. It is fully equipped with all modern amenities including traditional oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceramic plates, coffee machine, toaster, fridge & freezer. Sufficient utensils and dishes are provided.

The bedroom has two comfortable single beds with bedside tables and lamps on each side. A large wardrobe is conveniently located to organize your personal effects. The bathroom is modern in Italian style, it has a glass-covered shower area, a designer washbasin surmonted by a mirror and a toilet. Sufficient towels and linen are provided. There is also a convenient washing machine & dryer. A telephone is also provided for receiving calls.

The appartment is up to 5 persons.

Prices will be according to the days you will be staying, a short stay will be of 140 Euros a day (minimum 5 days).

If you are staying more than a week, prices will be fixed according to your stay.
